Senator Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as                                                                
a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 96 "An Act relating to the oil and                                                               
gas production tax; relating to credits against the oil and gas                                                                 
production tax; relating to monthly installment payments of the oil and                                                         
gas production tax; relating to the minimum production tax on oil; and                                                          
providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered.
